I think it's okay to be picky, too, so long as you don't overdo it. If you're willing to compromise some little things but won't budge on the big stuff, then you're doing it right. You've been burned before and you're not willing to go through that again, then so be it. Hopefully you find a guy who meshes well with you and the wait will be worth it.
