I live in Poland. It's really not the best place in the entire world but education here is good and you don't have to pay for it. I mean, of course you have to buy books and pens, but that's it, there are no fees. You only pay if you fail to pass an exam twice - which in my opinion is fair.Free higher education is probably the main reason why we have so many students here. Almost all of my friends have at least a BA.
