    If you catch colds easily or your immune system just isn't up to par then try eating things with natural pomegranates. Pomegranates rev the immune system and guard against flu. The fruits polyphenols, including punicalagins and anthocyanins, work synergistically to kill several influenza strains, like H1N1.

    Hey M.H.! I'm not that fond of pomegranates but if it will do me good then I guess I should eat them more often. I believe this works for kids as well so I'm thinking of making it a part of my and my son's diet. Thanks for the tip! :)
