   At least, that's what I'm guessing I need to do. In a lot of posts, I see wierd codes along with people's posts, such as <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div>What should I do?

   There's nothing to do. They've tried to include something they can't. Links aren't allowed I don't think.

   Allowing HTML in a forum is a very bad idea for security. But of course you can do links...
