Bach Flower Remedies

    Has anyone tried the Bach Flower remedies for stress relief?

    I have tried the Resume Remedy and it works wonders at calming my brain and I am thinking about investing in more of the remedies. But are the others worth the price?

    Rescue remedy works wonders doesn't it. I have heard good things about the other remedies, people I know have used them for their pets , children and themselves and with positive results. They are harmless and have no side effects so give one a try and see if it helps :)
